Places, historical and current characters, craftsmanship and traditions of Salerno are at the center of the innovative forms of storytelling with which CONFORM S.c.a.r.l. has intended to give new light to the past and present of a city rich in symbols and history, combining cinema, audiovisuals, interactive solutions, 360° virtual tours and the latest AR and VR technologies.
The research and innovation project was the source of inspiration and context for the development of this original and unpublished tale of Salerno VASARI – VAlorizzazione Smart del patrimonio ARtistico delle città Italiane (www.vasari.conform.it), of which the city has been a demonstrator.
As part of the XXVII edition of the Linea d’Ombra Festival, the event is an opportunity to reflect on the quadrinomial cinema/new audiovisuals/technology/territory and to offer a preview of two of the products focused on the city:
- the docu-fiction “Arianna“
- the television episode conducted by Veronica Maya, entitled “Salerno: racconti di cuori antichi”, based on the format of the television program “POSTHIT: Tessere di Memoria”, owned by CONFORM S.c.a.r.l.

A very long experience in the world of research and professional training, European planning, business consultancy, digital marketing, promotion and enhancement of cultural heritage and tourism, new technologies augmented with solutions in AR/VR/MR. In recent years he has produced feature films for cinema and television, short films, web series, documentaries, docufilms, docu-fiction, television episodes, 2D cartoons, commercials, educational video games and edutainment products with applications of Virtual and Augmented Reality.

He attended the XIII RAISCRIPT course and Peter Stein’s master’s degree in cinematography at New York University, AVID director and editor, DaVinci Resolve certified teacher. He has been working in the film industry since 2002. Award-winning filmmaker, he has written, directed, lit, produced, edited and colored short films, feature films, commercials, music videos and web series.
