The Popular Jury of the Linea d’Ombra Festival is open to all film and audiovisual enthusiasts over the age of 14. Participating in the Popular Jury is a unique opportunity to experience the Festival as a protagonist, to have exclusive access to the screenings of the competing films and to contribute to the selection of the winners. Registration is completely free and allows you to serve on one or more juries.
With reserved seats in the theater and the opportunity to interact with other jurors, you’ll have a front-row seat to the festival, right in the heart of cinema.
The role of jurors
Jurors will have the role of attending all screenings of the section to which they have been assigned and voting for the works they deem most deserving. The screenings will be held from November 8 to 15, 2025 at the Sala Pasolini and the Piccolo Teatro Porta Catena in Salerno. Only those who have seen all the films in competition will have the right to cast their vote, contributing to the awarding of the Popular Jury Plaque/Prize.
How to register for the Popular Jury
To be part of the Popular Jury, fill out the entry form by October 31 at 23:59 UTC+1. Membership is free and allows you to participate in one or two juries of your choice from the available competition sections: Passaggi d’Europa and CortoEuropa. Participation in different juries must not overlap in terms of screening times.
By November 3, you will receive an email notification with the outcome of the selection process. If your entry is confirmed, you will also be provided with personal credentials to access the festival’s web app, which will be the official tool for voting on the works in competition and registering your attendance at the screenings.

Fill out the form with your personal information, including your first name, last name, date of birth, contact information, and the section(s) in which you wish to participate. Submitting the form also serves as a release for the possible use of photos and video footage depicting the jurors during the festival.
